Where can I see at which pick-up point I can pick up my order?

After you have ordered you will receive your track and trace e-mail the same day (if ordered during the day). If you choose “Pick up at nearest pick-up point”, your parcel will automatically go to the nearest pick-up point in your area based on your address. In the Track & Trace you can see which point it has become, you will receive it at the e-mail address you used when ordering! Would you like to indicate your personal preference for a collection point? Which can! You can then write that in the order note. If this is an official collection point, we will manually select it for you. PAY ATTENTION : Pick up your package within 3 days at the collection point because after that the orders will be returned. At Lachgas Voordeel, the customer comes first!

When will I receive my order?

We understand that you will receive your Lachgas Voordeel order for your party as soon as possible. We would prefer to personally drive to you immediately after your order to deliver it! However, we deliver via parcels, so we can keep our prices the lowest in the Netherlands. So if you place your order today before five o’clock, you are guaranteed to have your package delivered the next day – even on Saturday! You can view the Track & Trace for the exact delivery time of your order. You will receive this from us in your e-mail. No track and trace? No problem, email us and we will send you your track and trace again. At Lachgas Voordeel, the customer is king! 🙂

In principle, it is the case that orders placed for 6:00 PM they are at home the next day. This is true for Monday to Saturday and subject to any stock changes and subject to national holidays on which courier services are not operating. If the package is not at home the next day, please give it a few working days. We always provide a guarantee for a timely delivery!

What about the deposit for the tanks again?

Easy. You have temporarily transferred a deposit at the checkout, and of course you will receive this amount back immediately when you empty your laughing gas tank again. You can use your tank for 60 days anyway, and if you think you need it longer because you can’t empty it within this period – no problem. Send us an email that you will keep your tank longer and for how long so that we know. Then you just keep your right to a refundable deposit! If you send your tank back to us via the return box, you will have your deposit amount back to the bank account number used for the order within a few working days. What about the legal warranty?

The legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. We guarantee this, and if a product does not meet reasonable expectations, we will solve it with you by exchanging or refund the purchase amount. Security, important!

How does free shipping work?

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for all orders with a purchase amount of €100 or more. You can then select ‘free shipping’ at the checkout page. The exception for the Netherlands is the 10KG tank because it is shipped via a special, more expensive shipping method, as described on the relevant product page.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to shipments abroad because the shipping costs are so high internationally that it is no longer profitable.
